The reason I do what I do is so that you can spend your time moving your body in ways that make you happy. Today’s world isn’t set-up for people to move well though and the workout programs that are out there miss the foundation and aren’t designed with longevity or actual real life movement in mind.
You don’t need to spend hours in a gym every day, but, you do need to restore and maintain how you were meant to move.

The workshop starts with an alignment and posture check so you know exactly where you’re starting from—and we’ll revisit your alignment at the end of the workshop so you can see what has changed.
Then we’ll assess your breath—so you can understand your go-to strategies and whether they’re helping or hurting.
You’ll learn how to breathe properly (not belly breathing) and how to take that into movement for a stronger core.
