I meet you where you are and build from there. We focus on what matters for your body, progress when you’re ready, and pull back when needed. There's no strict timeline — our guide is your body's response, because anything else is ignoring your body’s cues.

Movement Assessment & Custom Program Design

90-minutes where you'll run through assessments for posture, movement, breath, strength, and core function.

We'll talk about your goals, lifestyle, and habits, too.

This session allows me to see how you move—and where your movement strategies are helping or getting in the way in your daily life and goals.

I look at how your body moves as a whole system to design a program that makes sense for your goals, your schedule, and the way you live.

Your plan is built to reach your goals realistically, without wasting time on any unnecessary work.

How Designed for You Personal Training Works

1. Find Your Fit Session

Start with a free in-person or Zoom session. We will talk about your goals and how I can help. In-person includes a free alignment and breath screen. Leave with clarity.

2. Movement Assessment

Custom training requires a full initial intake assessment. We will look at alignment, posture, breath, mobility, strength, nutrition when relevant, lifestyle, and your goals.

3. Program Design

Rachel gets to work to design your personal workout program. Programs include multiple workouts for different days. This is a fully custom plan. This design time is outside of your sessions.

4. Training Sessions

Choose to train privately or with up to three friends. We'll follow a workout from your custom-designed program. Train with Rachel for 1 workout per week, and the rest independently or train with Rachel up to 3 days per week. Packages are available.

5. Independent Workouts

Your program may include workouts and things you do outside of your training sessions. This is almost always the case unless you are training with me 5 days a week. Your independent workouts include instructions and videos to check your form.

6. Alignment & Breath Sessions

Every training session begins with alignment (pelvic) and breath. These sessions are also available in between your training sessions for faster results or when you need a little extra.
