Here to restore your connection to movement—and your body.
With 30 years in the fitness world and education in physical therapy, I’ve seen it all—from shake-weights to “fixes” that promise fast results and leave people worse off. I created something different inside Humans Move.
If you’re tired of feeling stiff in the saddle, feeling tension or wondering how long your body can keep up with your horse, you’re in the right place.
I’ve been into horses my whole life—riding, showing, caring for them, and seeing how easily riders develop habits that limit their movement. You can have excellent instruction and still struggle if your body can’t do what you’re being asked to do. That gap shows up as tension, pain, or just that feeling that something isn’t clicking.
My approach is rooted in real movement—the kind that helps you feel better and ride with more control and ease. I teach what most overlook—the foundation.
I got tired of watching riders push through pain or spend money on lessons that couldn’t stick because their body’s movement patterns were keeping them stuck without them knowing it—and that’s something that has to be addressed out of the saddle first. So I built programs that focus on what actually matters: breath, mobility, and core stability—the foundation for moving well in and out of the saddle.
That’s what led to the Rider Longevity & Performance Workshop—a hands-on training designed to help you move better, ride stronger, and finally understand how your body is meant to work so you can stay confident and capable in the saddle.
