With 30 years in the fitness world and a lifelong rider, hiker, figure skater, and dog lover, I’ve created something different in Humans Move.
My approach is rooted in real-life movement—the kind that helps you feel better, move better, and build the strength, mobility, and resilience you need to ride well for decades to come.
I teach what most others skip—the foundation.
I got tired of watching people push through pain, hold tension they didn’t even know they had, and chase workouts they weren’t ready for. So I built programs that focus on what matters most: breathing well, moving well, and building a rock-solid foundation your body can rely on—for life.
