This 5-week class meets you where you are. Each week, I’ll coach you through breath, core, and mobility work—adjusted to what your body needs that day.

You’ll learn how to move better by actually feeling it—so you can train, work, and live with more ease, strength, and confidence in your body.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes for exercise. No jeans or clothing that is constricting to movement. Wear gym-type shoes, and PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT
