With 28 years in the fitness world I've seen it all. From the eyebrow-raising fads (shake weights anyone? 😂) to the over-complicated workouts and fleeting quick fixes. My mission? To strip away the nonsense and bring you a fitness experience that actually works—programs that challenge your body, support your longevity, and (re)ignite your passion for movement.
As a fellow Gen Xer, I know what it’s like to feel your body changing—and to refuse to let that slow you down. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to training that builds strength, mobility, and resilience so you can keep moving and feeling good for life. No one-size-fits-all workouts. No grinding through pain. Just smart, sustainable movement that fits your life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me hiking with my dog, riding horses, or dabbling in dog sports—always looking for new ways to stay active and enjoy life.
